1.1 The website and/or mobile application are owned and operated by Mr Sausage Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy applies to users of “budget ai” and to any individuals whose personal data are held or processed by us in any manner.

4.1 We retain personal data and transaction records until (i) the purposes of collection are fulfilled and (ii) retention is no longer required under applicable laws and regulations, after which the data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

4.2 Our data may be stored and maintained in databases, facilities, servers and backup servers located in or outside Hong Kong. The privacy standards of those locations may differ from those of your jurisdiction. You expressly consent to the cross-border transfer, storage, maintenance and retention of your data for the purposes set out in Section 3.
